Our Village,
Our Community

Our community may be small but it has a long and proud history. Look around and you'll see lots of reminders of the past. Loans has a close relationship with Troon and Dundonald, but still holds on to a distinct identity.

With no school or church, the Village Hall is the heart of our community. There's something going on there most days

The hall is managed by a charitable company (LCCL) on behalf of the community, by volunteer directors. We are always looking for people who are interested in helping in one way or another - there's lots to do!
How to book the village hall
The hall can be hired by individuals or groups on a regular or one-off basis. To arrange a let or find out about availability and costs:
Tel: 07444 549 968

This website aims to stimulate interest, provoke new ideas and to encourage participation. Welcome to 'Life in Loans'!
