Loans Community Company Annual Meeting
Dear Members, friends and neighbours,
You are invited to attend the 10th Annual General Meeting of Loans Community Centre Ltd, the Company that owns and manages the Village Hall on behalf of the Community, taking place in the Hall on:-
FRIDAY 19TH NOVEMBER 2021 AT 7.30PM
1) Report from Chairman
2) Annual accounts to period ending 30th June 2021
3) Present and future management needs
4) Election of Directors
As a present member of the Company you are eligible for nomination and to vote in the election of Directors. If you wish to stand or to nominate another member, please email firstname.lastname@example.org
The Company requires a minimum of three and a maximum of six Directors. In the event of more than six nominations a vote will be held to establish who takes office.
New members are needed and welcomed. Application forms can be requested via the above and will also be available during the AGM.
