Loans Community Company Annual Meeting
7.30pm at Loans Village Hall
Public meeting, open to everyone who is interested in the future of Loans Village Hall.
The community owned company aims to renovate and run Loans Village Hall. This meeting will report on progress to date and discuss plans for the forthcoming year.
All residents of Loans and environs are welcome to attend. Only members will be able to vote at the meeting. Anyone who wishes to become a member in advance should contact Bill Lockie, Membership Secretary, tel: 07918 683 255. Membership application forms are available from our website here.

The company can have a maximum of 6 directors and requires a minimum of 3. Anyone interested in becoming a director can contact the company via this website ‘contact us’. .
Rules applying to the election of directors:
Any company member is eligible for nomination. Anyone who wishes to nominate another member to stand for election as director should contact the Membership Secretary with the name of the nominee no later than Wednesday 19th February 2020. Any proposed nominee should have given their agreement to stand and should be a member of the company. If there are more than 6 nominations a vote will be held at the meeting to decide who takes office. Only company members have voting rights. Details of membership are available here.
